About Roseville, CA
Roseville is the largest city in Placer County and one of the fastest-growing cities in California over the past three decades. With a population now over 150,000, it serves as the regional hub for commerce, healthcare, and employment in the eastern Sacramento area. Major employers include Hewlett Packard, Kaiser Permanente, and Sutter Roseville Medical Center. The city consistently ranks among the best places to live in California for its combination of relative affordability, strong schools, and proximity to both Sacramento and the Sierra Nevada foothills. Median home values have stayed well above $500,000 in recent years, reflecting the strong demand among long-term owner-occupants who make up the majority of the housing market here.
The residential landscape in Roseville is split between two very different eras. The neighborhoods of West Roseville, including Fiddyment Farm, Winding Creek, and West Park, are primarily two-story stucco homes built during the 2000s and early 2010s. These subdivisions are laid out on generous lots with extended concrete driveways and paved backyard patios. Closer to historic downtown Roseville, particularly in the Junction area, the housing stock transitions to craftsman bungalows and early California ranch homes built between the 1920s and the 1950s, some of which have never had their original insulation upgraded. Both neighborhoods represent consistent demand for insulation work, but for very different reasons.
We also serve homeowners in nearby Folsom, which shares many of Roseville's housing characteristics, and neighboring Rocklin, just north of the city along Interstate 80. If you are looking for a referral in either area or need work done at multiple properties, we serve both.
